Susan Moeller

Susan Moeller, 76, of Columbus, Nebraska, died Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at Grand Island Regional Medical Center in Grand Island, Nebraska.

The funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, July 15, at Gass Haney Funeral Home with Pastor Randy Longacre officiating. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 14, from 5-7 PM at Gass Haney Funeral Home, and on Wednesday from 9:30 AM until service time at the funeral home. Interment is at Roselawn Memorial Cemetery in Columbus. The funeral service will be broadcast live on the Gass Haney Facebook page

Susan was born on June 11, 1950, in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan to Jacob and Ruby (Gray) Rader. Susan grew up in Michigan, and graduated from high school in Pickford, Michigan. On May 27, 1972, Susan was united in marriage to Merlin “Pete” Moeller in Michigan. They were blessed with four children, Julia, Leslie, Crystle, and Brenda.

Susan and Pete settled in Columbus, where they raised their family. Susan took care of the children and worked at several retail stores and restaurants, such as USA Steak Buffet and Pizza Hut.

Susan enjoyed Bingo, Race Cars, and watching Shark Tank on television.
