Robert "Bob" Shemek , 67, of Platte Center, Nebraska, died Thursday, September 17, 2026, at his home.
Mass of Christian Burial will be on Monday, September 21, 2026, at 10:30 AM, at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Tarnov, Nebraska, with Fr. Dan Wittrock celebrating the Mass. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. Visitation will be on Sunday from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM with a 5:00 PM Vigil Service all at the church. Visitation will continue on Monday from 9:30 AM until service time at the church. Memorials are suggested as those of family choice.
