Richard Pedrosa, 74, of Columbus, Nebraska, died Wednesday, October 25, 2023 in Columbus.

Interment will be held at a later date in the Grand Island City Cemetery in Grand Island, Nebraska.

Richard Samuel Pedrosa was born on March 5, 1949, in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, to Louis and Mary (Solano) Pedrosa. He graduated from Grand Island High School in 1967 and studied at Grand Island Community College. In 1980, Richard married Nyla Marks. He has lived in Columbus for the past 25 years. Through the years, Richard worked as a roofer, a cook, and in manufacturing. He enjoyed old cars, cooking for friends and family, taking trips to the casino, and fishing.
