Rhonda Lynn Schademann, aged 63, passed away in Columbus, Nebraska on May 21, 2024 after a 10 year battle with cancer. Born to Kenneth Pedersen Sr. and Alice Lundgren in Waterloo, Iowa on April 4, 1961.  Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Daughter, Sister, Aunt, and friend to many.

Love for friends and family, compassion for others, as well as a massive love for life, went hand in hand with the amazing strength she exuded every day. Positivity carried both her and her family through the roughest of times, turning them into the best years. Strength that allowed her to witness the marriages of both her children, as well as the birth of her granddaughter Abigail.

Softball Slugger, Captain of Cribbage, Bunko Boss...the list goes on and on.

Rhonda is survived by her devoted husband Timothy Schademann, two children Nicholas(Jennyann Noack) Schademann and Sarah(Jake) Birt, as well as granddaughter Abigail Birt. She is also survived by her mother Alice Pedersen, three sisters Brenda(Keith) Bice, Julie Nielsen, Susan(Lowell) Jepsen, and brother Kenneth Jr(Traci) Pedersen. Rhonda was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Pedersen Sr.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 25, at 10:30 AM at Gass Haney Funeral Home with Pastor Ollie Fullmer officiating. Visitation will be on Saturday, from 9:00 AM until service time, also at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Rhonda's honor to Columbus Cancer Care Foundation.
