Mary Doris Hasselquist died Sunday, May 9, 2021 at homein Columbus, Nebraska, on her 97th birthday.

Burial services were held on Wednesday, May 12, 2021, at Malvern Cemetery in Malvern, Iowa.

Mary was born in Gregory, South Dakota, to William & Katie (Metcalf) Jones on May 9, 1924, the 9th of 13 children. She was united in marriage to Sidney Hasselquist on August 18, 1945, in Rapid City, South Dakota. Mary and Sidney owned and operated Liberty Cleaners and Shirt Launderers in Columbus, throughout their career.
