SERVICE FOLDER
What Is It Like Mom?
What is it like in Heaven, Mom,
We'd surely like to know.
We know that it is where you'll be,
Cause Jesus told us so.
You taught us this
When we were very small,
Of a place that God has made for us
When we receive His call.
At night we see His glorious sky
And wonder where you are.
It may be far beyond the moon
And near a lovely star.
We know they're glad to have you,
A mother and grandmother full of glory.
Perhaps some little children there
Will need a bedtime story.
That we will miss you here so much
We're sure you know it's true,
But we also know that you must go,
Dad's waiting there for you.
Although we ask what Heaven's like,
You'll tell us after a while,
But we've already had a glimpse of it,
In your lovely caring smile.
When we meet with Jesus,
Your good and caring friend,
We'll all see heaven
God's beginning, not the end.
