Katherine A. Locke, 77, of Columbus, Nebraska, died Friday, June 7, 2024, at the Columbus Community Hospital.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, June 14 at noon, at Roselawn Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Cory Burma officiating.  The family will be gathering at the Eagle's Club after the graveside service to continue to celebrate Katherine's life.

Katherine was born October 15, 1946, in Colby, Kansas to Thomas and Dorothy (Zazeck) Quinn.  She graduated from Leoti High School in Leoti, Kansas.  Katherine was united in marriage to Warren Locke on December 5, 1965, in Santa Monica, California.  After moving to Columbus, they operated Columbus Telephone Answering Service until 1991.  Katherine also drove semi-truck for Prime Trucking for several years.  Katherine enjoyed painting, knitting, crocheting, and sewing.

Granddaughter – Natasha Callison of Taft, CA
Grandson – Tim McReynolds of Taft, CA
Grandson – Zetheny Hastings of Taft, CA
