Jessica Craft, 20, of Columbus, Nebraska, died Wednesday, July 18, 2012, at her home in Columbus.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 21 at 11:30 AM at Gass Haney Funeral Home with Rev. Justin Erickson officiating. Interment will be in the Roselawn Memorial Cemetery prior to the service. Visitation will be on Friday from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Gass Haney Funeral Home. Memorials are to be directed to the family.

Jessica Craft was born February 9, 1992, in Columbus, Nebraska, to Stacy Craft. She graduated from Columbus High School in 2011 and was currently registered to attend Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska, where she would have been a sophomore. Jessica was very active in track, volleyball, softball and many extracurricular school groups. She enjoyed shooting pool, fishing, being with friends, drawing, poetry, hunting, jogging and riding bikes. Jessica had worked at the New World Inn and had just started working at Pizza Ranch. She volunteered her time at the animal shelter and loved her dogs – Louie & Morgan. Jessica enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
