Irene Kelsey, 75, of Columbus, Nebraska, died Tuesday, August 14, 2007, at the Columbus Community Hospital.

The funeral service will be Thursday, August 16, at 2:00 PM at the Gass Haney Funeral Home with Rev. Nancy Idenden officiating. Interment will be in the Columbus Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 1:00 PM until service time at the funeral home.

Irene Kelsey was April 23, 1932, in Columbus, Nebraska, to Leon and Elizabeth (Schmoll) Coulter. Irene attended Kramer High School in Columbus, Nebraska. Irene worked at Behlen Manufacturing, Dale Electronics, Columbus City Schools, and at New World Inn. She enjoyed music and reading.
