Hazel Johnson, 91, of Genoa, Nebraska, died Saturday, January 7, 2023, at Genoa Long Term Care in Genoa.

Hazel was born June 10, 1931, in Little Rock, Arkansas, to Tim Carson and Alice Lee (Johnson) Johnson. She lived in Medford, Oregon, prior to moving to Genoa late om 2022. Hazel will be cremated and her cremains taken to California. Hazel is survived by her three sons, all of Genoa. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and one daughter.
