Evelyn was born June 30, 1939 in Columbus, to Joseph and Clara (Krzycki) Koziol. She attended St. Anthony Elementary and graduated in 1958 from St. Bonaventure. On September 5, 1959 she married Albin Bosak and they were blessed with five children, Lillian, Henry, Dorothy, Al Jr. (George) and Jane. She was a stay at home mom until all the kids were in school. She worked at Genoa Community Store, Genoa Hospital in housekeeping and Genoa Long Term Care in laundry until her retirement in 2007. She loved being a mom and was feisty, energetic and up for anything. She had a wonderful sense of humor and was always going to "kick someone's ass" and everyone loved her spunkiness. She spent a lot of time with her grandkids and great grandkids and commented often about how blessed she was. Evelyn enjoyed scratch tickets, traveling with family and never missed an opportunity to go to the Goodwill or Salvation Army. She always found the best deals. She was loved by so many people and will be truly missed.

Evelyn is survived by her children Lillian (Ken) Czarnick, Omaha NE; Henry (Tracy) Bosak, Gilbert, AZ; Dorothy (John) Nole, Genoa NE; George (Jina) Bosak, Fort Worth TX; Jane (Jack) Webster, Columbus NE; sister in law Julie Bosak, Omaha NE; seven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and special family friend and advisor, Charlie Parker, Denton TX. Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Clara, Siblings, Albin, Ben, Marcella and Alfred and by ex husband Albin Bosak.

Special thank you to all her caregivers at Brookstone and the St. Croix hospice team. You provided so much care, compassion and love and we are so grateful to you all. She was truly blessed.
