Connie Jean Hollmann, 76, of Lincoln, Nebraska, died Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at Tabitha Journey Home in Lincoln.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 10 at 10:30 AM, at the United Methodist Church in Bellwood, Nebraska, with Rev. Lyle K. Schoen officiating.  Interment with military honors will be in Bellwood Cemetery.  Visitation will be on Friday from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Gass Haney Funeral Home and continue on Saturday from 9:30 AM until service time at the church.  Memorials may be directed to the wishes of the family.

Connie Jean Hollmann was born September 8, 1947, in Columbus, Nebraska, to Frank and Lillian (Mais) Benedict.  She attended Bellwood Elementary School and graduated from David City High School.  Connie joined the American Red Cross.  She married Terry Hollmann in Japan.  Connie served in the United States Army and National Guard from 1975 – 1988.   Connie enjoyed reading, crafts, playing Bingo, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Connie is survived by her children – Erik Hollmann, Arin (Rebeca) Hollmann, Crystal Hollmann, and Wendy (Matthew) Fisher.  Grandchildren – Jaden Hollmann, Karli Hollmann, Layne Hollmann, Rylee Fisher, and Grayson Fisher, along with two additional granddaughters.  Great Grandchild Savannah Hollmann.  Brother – Michael (Cheryl) Benedict, Sisters – Deb Benedict and Janelle Benedict.

Connie was preceded in death by parents – Frank & Lillian Benedict and son Neal Hollmann.
