Charles "Roy" Orr, 68, of Fullerton, Nebraska, died Thursday, March 14, 2024, at the Genoa Community Hospital.

No services are planned.

Charles was born April 7, 1955, in Garden County, Nebraska, to Clifford and Donna (Veattie) Orr.  He grew up in Gibbon and graduated from Gibbon High School.  After the death of his brother Randall, Charles went to live at the Arbor Care Center in Fullerton.

Charles "Roy" is survived by his three children, brother Terry and sister Linda Spotanski.

Charles was preceded in death by his father Clifford Orr, mother Donna Cervantes, brothers Kenny and Randall, and sister Marsha.
