Barbara "Babs" Thingstad, 74, of Shelby, Nebraska, died Monday, August 3, 2026, at Columbus Community Hospital.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, August 8th from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Gass Haney Funeral Home in Columbus. A private family graveside service and burial will be held in Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery in Shelby.
